Western Reserve Academy will celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with a special on-campus event designed to inspire, empower and celebrate girls through athletics and mentorship.

The free sports clinic, open to girls in grades 1–8, will be led by Western Reserve Academy coaches and student-athletes and will feature hands-on instruction across a variety of sports, including volleyball, lacrosse, soccer and field hockey. The event emphasizes skill development, teamwork and confidence-building in a fun, welcoming environment — no prior experience required.

Following the clinic, families are invited to remain on campus to cheer on WRA Girls Varsity Basketball during Senior Night, celebrating the program’s senior athletes as they take on Hudson High School.

National Girls and Women in Sports Day is a nationwide celebration recognizing the achievements of female athletes and the positive impact sports have on girls and women of all ages.
