What is the dress code for FOREVERGREEN?
FOREVERGREEN is black (or green!) tie optional (elevated formal, but tuxedos not required). Get ready to dance the night away!
Where do I park?
All guests will receive complimentary valet parking upon arrival at the front of the Murdough Athletic Center on Academy Lane.
Will there be assigned seating?
All tables are reserved, with premier seating available for sponsors at the $25,000 and $50,000 level. If you have seating requests, please include them in the comment box at the end of the online registration form.
What are the silent and live auction items available?
Check back soon! We are actively securing these exciting items.
Can you accommodate food restrictions?
Absolutely! We can accommodate most food restrictions. Simply identify them at the bottom of your registration form or contact [email protected].
I purchased my tickets but I can no longer attend. Will you provide a refund?
Please note: should your plans change, we will have the ability to provide refunds for individual tickets until May 6, 2026. After that date, we are not able to issue refunds. For questions, please contact [email protected] or (330) 650-9701.
Is the location ADA accessible?
Yes! The Murdough Athletic Center is fully ADA compliant. Please note that the after-party will be held on the lawn which is directly accessible from the main event space.

Is my class celebrating Reunion this year?
Classes ending in 1s and 6s will be officially reuniting on campus for class dinners on Friday, June 5, 2026. Bicentennial Celebration Weekend is open to all on Saturday. It’s going to be the “Reunion of all Reunions!” Mingle at the Bicentennial Breakfast Cafe at the Lux Truck, browse the Bicentennial Boutique or connect with friends at various decade headquarters at Bicentennial Base Camp on Saturday. Visit the schedule page to learn more. Pease note that registration is required for The Cleveland Orchestra concert, golf classic, Celebrate Reserve Family Picnic and FOREVERGREEN.
Where is my class having dinner on Friday night?
Reunion Class Dinner (1s and 6s) Locations for Friday Night:
- 1951, 1956, 1961, 1966 & 1971: Ellsworth Hall
- 1976: Pierce House
- 1981 & younger (1s and 6s): Under the main tent
Can I stay in my old dorm room?
We no longer open our dorms for overnight stays during Reunion Weekend. However, we have a number of local hotel options with special rates (and complimentary WRA shuttles!) Please see above for a list of recommended accommodations.
Will there be campus tours available?
Student-led group tours will depart from President’s House during the following times:
- Friday, June 5 at 4 p.m.
- Saturday, June 6 at 10 a.m
Group Tours by Decade will depart from the Ellsworth Lawn Tent on Saturday, June 6 at 1:30 p.m.

Will the Campus Store be open over the weekend?
Be sure to visit the Campus Store located in Metcalf Center, next to the Athenaeum, which offers performance apparel, gift items and snacks. The Campus Store will be open on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
When will the library be open?
The Ong Library will be open on Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Stop in to see WRA Authors & Artists Collection – books and AV materials written and created by alumni and faculty members. Yearbooks from each Reunion class will also be on display.
How do I schedule a meeting or interview with an Admissions associate?
President’s House, located next to North Hall, is home to WRA’s Admission Office and will be open on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admissions interviews are available for prospective families interested in attending Reserve. To schedule an interview, email [email protected] or simply stop by to speak with an Admissions Officer.
Can I just show up?
Kindly RSVP before May 6! Prices increase after this time due to catering and rental commitments.
Can I stay in my old dorm room?
We no longer open our dorms for overnight stays during Reunion Weekend. However, we have a number of local hotel options with special rates (and complimentary WRA shuttles!) Please visit the Accommodations tab on this website for more information.
May I bring my kids?
Children are welcome to attend morning and day-time events on Saturday. Adults only events: Friday’s Reunion Dinners for 1s and 6s and Saturday’s FOREVERGREEN. Please plan accordingly as childcare will not be available on campus during these two events.
Is transportation available to and from campus?
WRA provides shuttle service to and from some of our partner hotels listed on the Accommodations tab on this website. Shuttle Schedule to and from WRA’s campus is as follows:
