Through episodes of The WRAp - based on WRA’s student-led late-night talk show - we’ll introduce you to some of the people and places that make Reserve different and special. In this first episode, meet new Head of School Suzanne Walker Buck as she takes a spin around campus with host Noah Frato-Sweeney ’20

Hunter lives in Cutler with Aja — another junior — who she's lived with for two years. They were randomly assigned together, but they quickly found out they have similar habits and that's made living together a breeze.

As far as favorite classes go, this aspiring surgeon says nothing can beat Pathobiology. "I've always been into science, but working in Dr. Aguilar's lab allows me to have something new to look forward to every day; I create and conduct my own experiments, work with human diseases and learn equally through lectures and hands-on projects."

After classes end, Hunter's day is far from over — and she likes it that way. She's a WRA Service Leader, a member of the Black Student Union (BSU), and participates in as many of the arts as she can. Hunter also plays tennis, is a diver on the swim team and runs track.

Hunter's favorite spot to study on campus is the library. "It's quiet, spacious and there are so many resources to help me stay focused and on-task."

Hunter loves Ellsworth Dining Hall and she claims that she's the first in line when lunch is Mac and Cheese-ology, which is always a popular day for Chef Eddie and the Flik Dining team.

The arts are everywhere inside KFAC, from our fully-equipped photography and digital imaging studio to a stage where dozens of dance performances, theater productions and music concerts dazzle the community. No matter where creative passion lies, you'll find your muse in KFAC

We believe that your learning can take you anywhere — literally. Throughout the academic year and over the summer, WRA offers several international student travel programs where Pioneers visit, study and often engage in community service in countries such as Guatemala, China and Germany. Many of these trips are fully or partially funded by generous alumni so there's minimal cost to participate.

We're also #PioneerProud of seniors Henry Ong and Megan Hovan who played in the Greater Akron Division III All-Star Soccer Game over the weekend. Congratulations to junior Delia Rabatin who is one of only 11 players named First Team in the Northeast Ohio Field Hockey League.
