Dear Families,
Over the past weeks, WRA has provided opportunities for members of our community to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, specifically the 2-dose Pfizer vaccine. At this time, the majority of adults and boarding students in our community have elected to participate in this effort.
In partnership with the Summit County Department of Health, we will be hosting another clinic on Wednesday, May 19, from 1 to 3 p.m. If you are interested in receiving your first or second dose of the Pfizer COVID Vaccine, please indicate your interest by completing the On Campus Vaccine Clinic Interest Form.
If you received your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine at the WRA clinic on Wednesday, April 28, please still complete the form above indicating your interest in the second dose.
The CDC has now approved the vaccine for anyone age 12 or older. Our clinic will be open to any student over age 12 as well as any member of their family who is eligible to receive the vaccine. Anyone interested in receiving the vaccine must complete this On Campus Vaccine Clinic Interest Form.
Please note that if you plan to receive your first dose on campus, you will need to make arrangements for your second dose off campus. Local families will be able to attend the Summit County Drive-Thru clinic provided on this flyer. Those who do not live locally should contact a vaccine provider in your area to coordinate your second dose.
All attendees must complete and sign both sides of the Summit County Public Health Consent Form.
Brighter days are on the horizon!
