Dear WRA Families choosing Option B,
WRA has developed updated arrival guidelines which must be followed when you are ready to transition to in-person learning. We have been in consultation with immigration, health and travel experts to determine the safest plan for our online learners to return to campus.
International Students In consultation with immigration attorneys, WRA has developed the following arrival guidelines for international students. Option B international students may transition to in-person learning at the beginning of each academic module, after completing WRA's online orientation program. Students may arrive on campus on specific dates preceding the start of a module. Based on the current school calendar, please schedule your arrival to campus during the following periods:
These arrival guidelines are designed to minimize the chance of students being turned away at the port of entry, and to provide on-call access to immigration attorneys during arrival. We are committed to providing our international students with extensive support during travel to the US during these uncertain times.
WRA has also clarified arrival guidelines for domestic Option B boarding students who wish to transition to in-person learning. In order to prepare appropriately for each student's arrival, domestic students must have approval from the Student Life Office a minimum of one week in advance of your return date. Option B students will be welcome to arrive on campus after completing WRA's online orientation program and obtaining approval for their arrival plan at least one week in advance.
Day students may transition to in-person learning at any time after completing WRA's online orientation program and notifying the Student Life Office.
