WRA Baseball Loses to Cleveland Heights

The Pioneers dropped their second consecutive after bats couldn't connect, and look to get back in the W column on Monday.

The WRA Varsity Baseball team hosted Cleveland Heights on Tuesday, an opponent they beat just a week prior. Sticking with what works, WRA started Ian Kolencik '25 on the mound. He got the win last week and looked to repeat. Kolencik threw a good game, with Grayson Mulligan '25 relieving again, but the Pioneer bats couldn't get going. They left bases loaded twice and runners on in three other innings. The final score was 6-2 in favor of the Tigers. With tough weather this weekend, the Pioneers hope to play Monday at the latest.
