The combination of a relentless offensive attack and suffocating defense paced Western Reserve Academy to dominate wins over the top two teams in the state of Kentucky this past weekend.
Head coach Dylan Sheridan enters his third season piloting the Western Reserve Academy (OH) Pioneers with a senior-laden roster that includes 17 athletes committed to play in college next season. That depth will help Sheridan replenish a strong 2022 class that graduated 12 seniors and finished 17-6 a year ago.

The win improves the Pioneers record in the Ohio Prep Conference to 6-0.
On Saturday, part of the team went to Denison University to fence their Open tournament and on Sunday another part of the team went to Pittsburgh Fencing Center for their D and Under Mixed Foil and E & Under Women’s Foil.
