Campus Renovation & Innovation

A time of preservation and growth at Western Reserve Academy.

The restoration of Brick Row is a pivotal element of The Campaign for Excellence & Access; it has been a longtime goal of the school to rejuvenate these iconic brick buildings. In recent years, The Athenaeum underwent restorations, as did the exterior of the Chapel. In the summer of 2016 we began the restoration of President's House. Enabled by a generous gift, President's House will become the school's new Admission Office, a fitting front door to the school. And Seymour Hall, for the first time in 100 years, will receive a significant makeover. The building's exterior and infrastructure will be updated, along with a modernizing and refurbishing of the entire interior of the building. Another recently completed learning space, The Center for Technology, Innovation & Creativity, is a 6,000-square-foot fabrication lab that encourages students to take any project from concept to creation.
