Blake Eiland '22 and Ryan Favaro '22 named USA Lacrosse All-Americans

We are excited to announce that Blake Eiland '22 and Ryan Favaro '22 have been named USA Lacrosse high school All-Americans — the highest scholastic honor a high school lacrosse player can receive from the sport's governing body.

An All-American is a player who exhibits superior lacrosse skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge. To be a USA Lacrosse All-American means you are considered one of the best players in the country, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship. Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach Dylan Sheridan '02 congratulated his student-athletes on the honor and all they contributed to the spring 2021 season.

"Outstanding play from Blake (with 41 goals, 21 assists, FO 66.4%, 121 Gbs) and Ryan (with 64 goals, 22 assists) highlighted an overall team effort this season and helped the team go 14-4, earning a spot in the 'A' Bracket of the MSLCA tournament, which Reserve hosted for the first time in many years," said Sheridan.

Additionally, at our recent Spring Athletic Awards, both Blake and Ryan were named next year's team captains — titles that are well deserved!

Congratulations to Blake and Ryan on this impressive accomplishment and a great season!
