We are excited to share that seniors Amie Ly, Ellie Frato-Sweeney and Suraj Dakappagari took home first, second and third place in the 2020 College Essay Contest, the eighth year of the blind essay contest. This year, the College Counseling Office received 29 essays for consideration.
The entries were judged by a committee of Chief Financial and Operating Officer Tom Arnold, Director of Enrollment Management Jenni Biehn, Head of School Suzanne Walker Buck and Assistant Head of School for Advancement Mark LaFontaine.
Congratulations to this year's winners. Their essays not only showcase their writing talents, but reveal unique insight and narrative strength that is admirable and inspiring.
