Holdings overview. The John D. Ong Library combines study, research, and teaching spaces with an array of information resources, making it a vital and central learning hub. Computers situated throughout the library off convenient access to the Internet, online databases, and CD-ROMS. The library also features a computer laboratory, a bibliographic instruction room, study rooms, soft seating reading areas, a children's collection, and the Western Reserve Academy Archives Collection. Periodical holdings and online periodical databases. The library subscribes to over 140 journals, magazines, and newspapers. In certain instances, back issues of periodicals are available in the library's microfiche, microfilm collection, and in some instances - online.
