Play Practice
This winter, Western Reserve Academy will be putting on a production of "The Miracle Worker." It is an amazing play about the life of Helen Keller and Annie Sullivan. Although this play is not going to be performed until February 15, the cast has been working on it since the end of November. I have a small role as one of the Perkins girls, who used to live with Annie until she left to take care of Helen. Because I have a small part I'm only needed at practice about once a week, but I really enjoy being in a play. It's great hanging out with my friends and having us all work toward the huge goal of performing the play in front of a live audience. Overall, the play is really coming together and I can't wait until opening night!
